What is SMAXEL?

Scar Treatment
The fractional CO2 laser emits a concentrated beam of light that is fractionated into thousands of tiny microbeams. These microbeams penetrate into the deep skin, creating controlled columns of both vaporized and coagulated zones that stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin fibers.
